Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. In the wake of quitting gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. One year later at 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the youngest IFBB Pro. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her college education. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her first show for a few years, setting bigger goals each year. At the close of 2009, she won four more health titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to earn her bachelor's degree, after earning the Pro Card. Her return came in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the event. In summer 2016, she won the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking her place 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. It is no surprise that Ariel did well given that she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. This is made up of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm with a pull-up device as well as seated rows. It is common to warm up prior to an actual workout. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. She does this by super making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lighter weight and the other heavier weight day.
